    Hello James,
    This year I did not get one edible tomato.
    Looking for help on the subject, I found your blog.
    Your name surprised me.
    I have a son and grandson named James.
    I’m always surprised to find anyone with the same last name.
    Thank you for all the information.
    I will give it another try next year.
    I live in the Phoenix area and growing anything is a challenge.
    I am used to a California climate.

      Not sure about Phoenix, but I know growers in Texas plant in the fall and the early spring and avoid planting in the heat of summer.
