Thanks to my wife’s BFF Beth for taking some video of the capsicum carnage!

Well 8 of us sampled the Bhut Jolokia today.  I only had a teeeeeeny sliver, while my brother ate at least a half of a pepper.  Everyone agreed that it was THE hottest thing they ever ate…nothing was even close.  The pictures tell the story!

I’ll have an assortment of hot peppers and a half-dozen bhut jolokia (ghost peppers) for the brave to sample.  If you want to try them, you’re responsible for your own heat extinguisher…milk, butter, chocolate or you can just suffer for the duration!

If you can’t handle the heat, just come by to watch the insanity!
